The Nest Thermostat E and the ecobee3 lite smart thermostats are currently approved for the Program. Contractors that install 2 measures AND an approved smart thermostat can qualify for a $100 additional incentive. Contractors must replace a manual or programmable thermostat to qualify.
AC Quality Care participating contractors who attended can take advantage of North American Technician Excellence (NATE) continuing education units from select sessions. The morning session on the ACQC Program qualifies for 2 NATE credits. Contact Build It Green for details, and have your NATE identification number handy. Did you miss the conference? View the presentation slides, or read a recap of the event on the Green Architecture and Building Report blog.
The ACQC Rebate Application form is also available under Find Resources.
The Blower Motor rebate will increase from $170 to $250. This will bring the total available incentives to $475. In addition, expect the 60 day deadline from installation to application submission to be strictly enforced in 2017. Applications not submitted within this time frame will not be processed for rebates.
Participating Contractors should sign the first two pages of the 2017 Contractor Participation Agreement to renew enrollment in 2017. Signed documents can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Beginning June 17th, the new ACQC Rebate Application form will also be available under Find Resources.
